Build Your AI Wingwoman

Build Your AI Wingwoman

Make AI write, think, and prioritise like your dream team - on demand.

Create the two crucial custom AI tools your business didn’t know it was missing - but won’t be able to live without.

In just one live, hands-on workshop, you’ll go from “AI-curious” to “AI-empowered”.

Together, we’ll complete a powerful, detailed branding exercise, and build two high-performing custom AI tools tailored to your brand, your clients, and your to-do list:

  • A Marketing Bestie that sounds like you and speaks directly to your ideal client

  • A Productivity Wingwoman that keeps you focused on the main thing, decisive, clear, and out of the weeds - all day.

There’s no code - and definitely no fluff. Just smart, custom-built tools, systems and processes that save you hours and make you feel like a genius.

Who this is for:

This is for you if you’re a:

  • Coach, consultant, service provider or creative

  • Business owner tired of AI giving you bland outputs that miss the mark

  • Smart woman ready to scale your business - not your burnout

Let’s be real...

If you think you’re a super-user because you’ve

mastered prompts in the chat,

you’re not a super-user - you’re a super-prompter.

Come learn the fastest, most powerful way to adopt AI into your business - by actually building the tools that run it alongside you.

What you’ll walk away with:

A Brand Voice + Ideal Client Toolkit

Complete a detailed brand exercise in under an hour - that most businesses pay thousands for with a branding agency. Drop in your details, and generate a full brand voice profile and 3 ideal client avatars - complete with pain points, buying triggers, and language that connects.

A Marketing Bestie

Your go-to AI tool that actually writes like you - for high-converting, human-connecting content, from captions and video scripts to emails to SEO optimisation.

Bonus: your own plug-and-play content prompt library to use directly with your Marketing Bestie. Never wonder how to get the best outputs again!

Your Productivity Wingwoman

Cut decision fatigue, and stay focused on what matters most - not what your inbox or DMs are calling you to. This is your right hand assistant that works alongside you all day - to prioritise, delegate, execute and plan like the CEO you’re here to be.

* One user increased sales conversions by 40% in 4 weeks using this one productivity tool alone!

What you’ll need to attend:

  • A ChatGPT Plus account ($20 USD/month)

  • Complete the 1-hour pre-work module (details sent after registration)

  • Bring your laptop, branding document, content samples, and a core offer (all covered in the prework).

This ensures your AI tools sound like you, think like you, and are ready to use immediately.

🔥 Spots are limited to keep this experience interactive and personalised.

Book your ticket now* and leave with two custom-built AI tools working inside your business - by the end of the session.

*To attend this workshop, you’ll need a ChatGPT Plus account and complete 1 hour of pre-work.

**If you are attending The Women in Business Collective Central Coast Conference, you will receive a discount of 30% off this master class, check your correspondence for your discount code.

How long is the workshop?

3 hours.

You’ll bring your branding document, your laptop, and your Chat GPT Plus account all set up.

On the day, you’ll build two powerhouse AI tools live with Kim’s guidance, test them, and walk away with them fully working in your business.

Can I get a recording?

Nope - and you won’t need one.

This is a live, high-touch session. You’ll be implementing in real time and leaving with your systems done.
