With more than 25 years of experience in corporate coaching, business consulting, facilitation and career development across Australia and the Asia Pacific, Kirsten works with business leaders and teams to develop and implement strategies which encourage people to bring their whole self to work - including their life space (life out of work), passions and interests, and their goals for the future. In Kirsten’s experience, emphasis on a person’s overall wellbeing and the fostering of meaningful relationships, delivers long term value to organisations and businesses that translates into financial success. 

Kirsten’s unique and trusted approach has seen multinational corporations, government, not for profit organisations, and small businesses achieve clarity in their processes and operations, set actionable goals, and meet business objectives by focusing on the way organisations treat people, the way they communicate with people, and the way organisations think about them - in all interactions, processes and systems. Essentially, Kirsten’s strategies have assisted clients embrace a more human touch in their professional practices, which has delivered positive outcomes for each business / organisation’s bottom line.

Prior to establishing her consulting firm, Kirsten was the co-founder and director of a highly successful information technology business. This business was established and run with the same human-centric approach that Kirsten advocates for and implements with all her clients – a focus on people which in turn, delivers favourable business outcomes.

Kirsten is also the author of two influential books - "Now What? A Step-by-Step Approach to Land Your New Job or Career" and "How to Write Effective Policies and Procedures," which provide practical guidance and insights for career development and organisational effectiveness.
