The Energy Edit

The Energy Edit: Rituals, Rhythms & Rest for Women in Business

It’s not hustle - it’s self-trust!

Summary
Forget hustle culture, in this 2.5-hour masterclass, you'll learn how to craft a business rhythm that supports your energy, honours your natural rhythms, and finally feels like it fits.

We’ll move beyond rigid routines and to-do lists, and instead map out your week using mindset tools, micro-rest strategies, and rituals that fuel creativity, calm and clarity.

Whether you identify as neurodivergent or you're simply done with pushing through and burning out - this session will help you reclaim your time, trust your rhythm, and build a week that works with you, not against you.
