Jane Ekholm is the founder of The Jane Edit and a Specialist Virtual Assistant, mentor, and community leader with more than 20 years of experience in administration, operations, and business support. Jane is passionate about helping women in business build sustainable success through clarity, strategy, and mindset.

Jane leads Newcastle Virtual Assistants, a thriving community of more than 300 VAs, where she champions collaboration, connection, and visibility within the industry. She has been recognised nationally, winning the Australian Virtual Assistant Awards every year from 2021 through 2024, across categories including Inspirational Virtual Assistant, Community Spirit, Virtual Assistant Team of the year. Jane is celebrated for her commitment to building community and supporting women to thrive both professionally and personally.
